Visitors can meet the company in Hall 14, Stand C35, where the focus will be on integrated solutions for cheese producers worldwide.
A key highlight at the stand will be the CombiCUT cutting system. Equipped with ALPMA’s Smart Format Change System, the machine allows both half loaves and bar-shaped cheese products to be processed on the same cutting line. Products are precisely aligned and optimally prepared for downstream packaging operations. Format changes can be completed in less than 15 minutes, helping processors reduce downtime while maintaining a high level of production flexibility.
Another focus area will be automation and quality control in the pre-packaging stage. ALPMA will introduce its new Falcon Eye inline inspection system, developed to reliably detect foil residues and mould contamination on cheese blocks.
Using advanced image processing technology, the system inspects incoming cheese blocks in real time and without physical contact. The AI-supported inspection system can identify mould both on the cheese surface and within the ripening foil. According to ALPMA, the solution is designed to improve product safety and ensure reliable operation in automated production environments.
In addition, ALPMA will also present solutions for the industrial production of paneer, a traditional Indian speciality that is gaining increasing global interest. The company’s fully automated paneer production lines are designed to deliver high hygiene standards, stable processes and consistent product quality, even during long operating times and high throughput conditions.
Through its presence at interpack, ALPMA aims to demonstrate how automation, inspection technology and flexible processing systems can support dairy processors in meeting evolving production and quality requirements.
