The electronic inspection system Eagle Eye, for example, significantly enhances product safety in fully automated cheese processing lines. The CombiCUT, on the other hand, combines two application worlds in one machine. It can precisely portion both cheese bars and cheese wheels, as well as a wide variety of cheese types of different consistencies, using ultrasonic cutting technology.
