ALPMA Connect
End of July, ALPMA was awarded the Bavarian SME Award 2025 at a ceremony in Munich's Künstlerhaus. Under the patronage of State Parliament President Ilse Aigner, companies that shape and strengthen medium-sized businesses in Bavaria with entrepreneurial vision, social responsibility and sustainable innovation were honored for the 16th time. We are proud to be one of these companies.
Our Managing Director Michael Weber accepted the award on behalf of the entire team - accompanied by his wife - with great joy and visible pride.
An important part of our application was the answer to the question of what makes ALPMA fit for the future. Our answer: our team. Because at ALPMA, the focus is on people - and this is not just a guiding principle, but a living reality. ALPMA is more than just an employer. We see ourselves as a community that shapes things together, grows together - and is successful together. Our mission statement “ALPMAtogether” stands for strong cooperation, based on trust, appreciation and mutual respect.
