Divides euro blocks into bars. Transfer directly into slicer in single, pair, triples or groups of 4 bars. According to the slicer´s demand the bars are turned, swivelled, sorted and aligned.

Cheddar blocks with BTS 300/C: Contour scan and weighing of the blocks. Afterwards, individual cutting with adjustable wires into bars and followed by an automatic separation of the bars. Production of optimised bars for improved yield.
