Stand-alone Maschine.

Der Käseblock wird manuell aufgelegt. Mit einer Zweihandbedienung wird der Schneidhub ausgelöst und der Kolben drückt den Käse durch den Schneid­rahmen.

Auf der Auslaufrollenbahn werden die Riegel bzw. Portionen abgenommen.
